I. Applications:
Ozone aging test chamber is used to crack aging test and ozone resistance test of plastic, fabric, leather and rubber, non-metallic materials, through the test to accelerate the ozone resistance performance of the product.
II. Features:
Structure of chamber
1. Using CNC machining, nice shape, no side door handle, easy to operate.
2. Material of inner box: imported high-grade stainless steel plate; Material of outer box: the gallbladder with A3 steel spray, increasing the appearance of texture and cleanliness.
3. Heating method: heating type, heating up fast, uniform temperature distribution.
4. Built-in 360 degree rotating sample rack.
Control system
1. The use of imported ozone concentration control analyzer, with standard signal output and sampling.
2. Silent discharge tube type ozone generator (with low noise, high purity)
Refrigeration system control
1, Compressor: the whole closure of the original French Taikang
2, Cooling method: cascade refrigeration
3, Condensation: forced air cooling
4, Refrigerant: R404A, R23 (environment-friendly)
5, System piping are ventilation and pressure 48H leaking leak test.
