Performance description:

JBW-300B Full automatic impact testing machine, is used to test the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load. It's a necessary testing equipment to metallurgical machinery manufacturing and other units, also scientific research units for new materials research.

Instrument features:

1. The machine adopts single-chip control, raising pendulum, hanging pendulum, feeding, positioning, impact and temperature control equipment all are electrical and mechanical control, equipped with special feeding device to automatic feeding, sample automatic section positioning. The whole impact time not more than 2 seconds, to meet the metal low temperature Charpy impact test method requirements. The remaining impact energy can be used after impact test, and automatically raising the pendulum, to do the next test preparation, high efficiency.

2. The split structure of host machine, cantilevered hanging pendulum way, pendulum hammer U-type.

3. The impact knife fixed with a screw, easy to replace.

4. The specimen simply supported beam bearing.

5. The host machine is equipped with safety protection mesh.
