Description

Scope of application
It is used for the determination of the gas permeability of a variety of textile fabrics, including textile fabrics such as industrial fabrics, nonwoven fabrics and other breathable materials.

Instrument characteristics
1. This instrument uses high-precision differential pressure sensor to replace the traditional water column differential pressure test.
2. The computer calculates the test data and exempts the manual conversion table.
3. The nozzle can be automatically replaced according to the measuring range of each nozzle, and the test area is automatically detected, which makes the operation simple and convenient, and the precision and efficiency are higher.
4. Can be operated online with the computer host computer, automatically draw real-time test data curve, easy to observe.
5. High-definition color touch screen display, convenient and fast.
6. The test parameters are directly digitally set, and the parameter units can be set as needed.
7. Equipped with a miniature thermal printer.
8. The bracket of the instrument is directly stamped and formed by cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is spray-coated, which is simple, beautiful, light and stable.
9. The flow cylinder is welded by seamless steel pipe. It is durable, stable and sealed, and has a door cover and door lock device. It also ensures good air tightness when it is convenient to replace the nozzle.
10. The sample fixing device is controlled by the cylinder. When the experiment is started, the sample is automatically pressed down and has sufficient pressing force to ensure the close conformability of the sample holder.
